Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

Unstuck Faith is a daily spiritual-formation app for iOS and Android that brings Scripture reading, prayer, reflection, and journaling into one personal daily walk. By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Walker Apps LLC, and “the service” refers to the Unstuck Faith app and this website.

2. Eligibility and Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Unstuck Faith. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that a child under 13 is using the service, please contact us at support@unstuck-faith.com so we can help.

3. Your Account and Responsibilities

Some features require an account. When you create one, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, please tell us promptly at support@unstuck-faith.com so we can help secure it.

Your account is personal to you. Please do not share it, sell it, or transfer it to anyone else.

4. Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Unstuck Faith for your own spiritual practice, in accordance with these terms. That covers everything the app is designed for: reading Scripture, praying, journaling, reflecting, following your daily journey, and conversing with the Guide.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using the service, you agree not to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• use the service to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm anyone, or to infringe another person’s rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other users’ accounts, or the systems that support them;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service or its content, except where the law expressly permits it;
• interfere with the operation of the service, including by introducing malicious code or placing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone; or
• use the service to send spam or unsolicited promotions.

If we introduce interactive or shared features in the future, our Community Guidelines will also apply.

6. Your Content and Ownership

Your journals, prayers, reflections, and anything else you write in Unstuck Faith belong to you. We claim no ownership of your content.

So that the app can work — storing your entries, syncing them across your devices, backing them up, and displaying them back to you — you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service for you. This license exists only to run the service; it ends when you delete your content or your account, except where limited copies persist briefly in routine backups before being cleared.

7. Our Content and Intellectual Property

The service itself — including the app, website, design, original devotional and reflective content, features, and the Unstuck Faith name and branding — is owned by Walker Apps LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Apart from the license granted to you in Section 4, these terms do not give you any rights in our content or trademarks.

8. Scripture Translations

Scripture is not ours, and we would never claim otherwise. Bible translations available in Unstuck Faith are used under their respective licenses, and copyright in each translation remains with its publisher or copyright holder. Attribution and license information for each translation is provided within the app.

9. Feedback

We welcome ideas and suggestions. If you choose to send us feedback about the service, you agree that we may use it to improve Unstuck Faith without any obligation or compensation to you. Feedback is different from your personal content (Section 6), which always remains yours.

10. Subscriptions and Billing

Core practices in Unstuck Faith are free. An optional Premium subscription unlocks additional features, including the personalized spiritual journey and Guide conversations. All subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not sell subscriptions on this website — and they renew automatically unless canceled through the store where you subscribed.

11. Service Changes and Availability

We are always working to improve Unstuck Faith, which means features may change, be added, or occasionally be retired. We may also need to suspend the service temporarily for maintenance or updates. We will do our best to give reasonable notice of changes that meaningfully affect how you use the app, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or uninterrupted.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these terms, if we are required to by law, or if continuing to provide the service to you would create risk or harm for others. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to address the issue first. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive — including those on your content, disclaimers, liability, and disputes — continue to apply after termination.

13. Deleting Your Account

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time. Our Account Deletion page explains how, what is deleted, and how long it takes. Please note that deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — subscriptions must be canceled through the Apple App Store or Google Play, as described in our Subscription Terms.

14. Disclaimers

Spiritual guidance

Unstuck Faith exists to support your Christian spiritual practice — and we want to be honest and clear about what that means. The app, including the Guide, does not claim divine authority. Unstuck Faith is not a church, a pastor, a spiritual director, a therapist, a physician, or an emergency service, and it does not provide prophecy or professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. The Guide offers gentle, biblically grounded encouragement for reflection — it is a companion to your faith community and the people who shepherd you, never a replacement for them.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please reach out for help right away: contact your local emergency services or a crisis line, or go to the nearest emergency room. You matter, and real people are ready to help you now.

We cannot and do not guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional, or life outcome from using the service. Growth is a work of grace, and it unfolds differently for each person.

General disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Walker Apps LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some or all of the limits above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits or waives any rights you have that cannot legally be limited or waived.

16. Indemnification

If a third party brings a claim against us because you violated these terms or the law while using the service, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages we incur as a result. This applies only to claims arising from your own conduct, and we will let you know promptly about any such claim and cooperate reasonably with you in responding to it.

17. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

If something goes wrong, please talk to us first. Write to legal@unstuck-faith.com with a description of the issue, and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it informally. Most concerns can be sorted out this way, and both of us agree to try that route for at least thirty days before pursuing formal proceedings.

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled through the processes available in Wyoming, United States. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of the place where you live.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service grows or as the law requires. When we make a material change, we will give you reasonable advance notice — in the app, by email, or on this page — before it takes effect. The dates at the top of this page always reflect the current version. If you continue using the service after a change takes effect, that means you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, you may stop using the service and delete your account.
