Community Guidelines
Effective July 16, 2026 · Last updated July 16, 2026
A note of honesty first: Unstuck Faith has no public community or social features today. Your journals, prayers, and reflections are private to you. These guidelines exist so that if we ever introduce interactive or shared features, the expectations are already clear — and they also describe the conduct we expect in support interactions with our team.
1. Where These Guidelines Apply
These guidelines govern any interactive or shared features we may introduce in the future, and your interactions with our support team today. They work alongside our Terms of Service, which always apply.
2. Our Posture
Unstuck Faith exists to help people draw closer to God, and any shared space we build will be shaped by the same convictions as the app itself: grace toward one another, truthfulness in what we say, and compassion for people wherever they are in their walk. We ask everyone who participates to carry that same posture.
3. Respect and Kindness
Treat others the way you would want to be treated. Disagreement is welcome — believers have always wrestled together over Scripture and life — but it must be gentle and respectful. Assume good faith, speak to build up rather than tear down, and remember there is a real person on the other side of every message.
4. What Is Not Allowed
The following have no place in any Unstuck Faith space:
- harassment, bullying, or targeting of any person or group;
- hate, abuse, or demeaning language of any kind;
- threats or incitement of violence;
- encouraging self-harm or suicide. And a word to you directly: if you are struggling, please do not carry it alone — contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away. You are deeply valued, and help is real and near;
- any exploitation of or harm to minors;
- sexual content;
- illegal conduct or the promotion of it;
- impersonating another person, ministry, or organization;
- spam, scams, or unwanted promotion;
- sharing someone else’s personal information without their consent;
- presenting misinformation as divine instruction; and
- claiming to speak authoritatively for God.
5. Reporting
If you encounter something that violates these guidelines, please tell us. Email support@unstuck-faith.com with what you saw and where, and we will review it promptly. Reports are handled with care and discretion.
6. Moderation and Enforcement
When these guidelines are violated, we respond proportionally. Depending on the severity and pattern of the behavior, that may mean a warning, removal of content, temporary suspension, or, for serious or repeated violations, termination of access under our Terms of Service. Our aim is always restoration where possible and protection of the community where necessary.
7. Appeals
If we take action on your content or account and you believe we got it wrong, you may appeal by emailing support@unstuck-faith.com with the details. A person will review your appeal and respond. We take appeals seriously — we would rather correct a mistake than defend one.
8. Changes
If we introduce shared features, we will review and update these guidelines before launch and note the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
9. Contact
Questions about these guidelines are welcome at support@unstuck-faith.com.
