Subscription Terms

1. Plans and Pricing

Unstuck Faith has a free tier and one Premium subscription available on two billing schedules:

• Free — Bible reading and search, selected daily practices, prayer tracking, basic journaling, the introductory daily journey, and foundational reflection tools. No payment required, ever.
• Premium Yearly (Best Value) — $59.99 per year, which works out to about $5.00 per month. Compared with twelve monthly payments ($95.88), the yearly plan saves you $35.89.
• Premium Monthly — $7.99 per month.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The exact amount you are charged may vary by country and currency and is always displayed by the App Store or Google Play before you confirm a purchase. Applicable taxes may be added by the store.

2. What Premium Includes

Both Premium plans unlock the same features:

• a personalized spiritual journey shaped around your walk with God;
• conversations with the Guide for gentle, biblically grounded support;
• deeper reflections and personalized plans;
• a weekly synthesis of your practice;
• growth insights over time; and
• premium content.

Everything in the free tier remains available to Premium subscribers, and the free tier itself remains free whether or not you ever subscribe.

3. Billing and Renewal

All subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play — there is no web checkout, and we never collect your payment details ourselves. Payment is charged to the Apple or Google account you used to subscribe.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Your plan will renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal charge is applied to your Apple or Google account within 24 hours before the new period begins.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel any time, with no cancellation fee. Because billing runs through the store where you subscribed, cancellation does too:

Apple App Store (iPhone or iPad)

1. Open Settings on your device.
2. Tap your name at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select Unstuck Faith, then tap Cancel Subscription.

Google Play (Android)

1. Open the Google Play app.
2. Tap your profile menu, then Payments & subscriptions.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select Unstuck Faith, then tap Cancel subscription.

Canceling stops future renewals. You keep Premium access through the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then moves to the free tier — nothing you have written is lost.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the policies of the store where you purchased your subscription, and refund requests are made directly to that store:

• Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose the Unstuck Faith purchase you would like to request a refund for.
• Google Play — visit Google Play’s refund page and follow the steps for requesting a refund on a subscription.

Apple and Google make the final decision on refund requests under their own policies. If you are having trouble, write to us at support@unstuck-faith.com and we will do our best to point you in the right direction.

6. Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the app or move to a new device and your Premium features do not appear, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple or Google account you used to subscribe, then use the Restore Purchases option in the app’s settings. If that does not resolve it, contact support@unstuck-faith.com and we will help.

7. Price Changes

If we ever change subscription prices, the new price will apply only to renewals after the change, never retroactively. You will receive advance notice through the App Store or Google Play, and depending on the store’s rules you may be asked to agree to the new price before it takes effect. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you can cancel before your next renewal and keep access through the end of your current period.

8. Account Deletion vs. Cancellation

This one matters, so we want to say it plainly: deleting your Unstuck Faith account, or deleting the app from your device, does not cancel your subscription. Billing is handled by Apple or Google, so a subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it through the store, following the steps in Section 4. 9. Free Trials and Introductory Offers

Unstuck Faith does not currently offer free trials or introductory pricing. If we add them in the future, the terms of any trial or offer — its length, price, and what happens when it ends — will be clearly stated before you purchase.
