Delete your account

Your account and everything in it belongs to you. This page explains how to delete your Unstuck Faith account and associated data, what deletion covers, and what to know before you go. The app is operated by Walker Apps LLC.
Delete from inside the app
If you can sign in, the fastest path is in the app itself: Settings › Privacy › Delete account. You will be asked to confirm deliberately before anything is removed. This deletes your account and the associated data described below.
Request deletion from this page
If you cannot sign in — a lost device, a forgotten password, an uninstalled app — you can request deletion here. We collect only what we need to locate the account and verify that it is yours. We will never ask for your password.
Prefer email? Send the same request to privacy@unstuck-faith.com from the address you use to sign in. Emailed requests are handled exactly the same way.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your journal entries, prayers, reflections, and Guide conversations.
- Saved verses, highlights, and notes.
- Your daily journey progress and practice history.
- Your preferences, settings, and notification tokens.
Deletion is permanent. We cannot recover your journals, prayers, or any other content afterward, so consider keeping a personal copy of anything you want to remember.
What may be retained, and why
We keep only what we are legally or operationally required to keep, for example:
- Records of completed purchases, as required for tax, accounting, and compliance purposes. Purchase records live with Apple or Google and in the minimal records those platforms provide to us.
- Correspondence you have sent us (such as support emails), retained for a limited period to handle follow-ups and legal obligations.
Retained records never include the content of your spiritual practice — journals, prayers, reflections, and Guide conversations are deleted with the account.
Verification and timing
- You submit a request (in the app, with the form above, or by email).
- For requests made outside the app, we verify that you control the account’s email address before acting — usually by replying to that address with a confirmation step. This protects your account from deletion requests made by someone else, and it means we cannot delete an account for anyone but its owner.
- Once verified, deletion is processed promptly — within 30 days at most — and you receive an email confirmation when it is complete.
Submitting the form starts a request; it does not delete anything instantly, and we will say so honestly at every step.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account — or deleting the app from your device — does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and must be canceled with them, ideally before you delete your account:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Unstuck Faith › Cancel.
- Android: Google Play › profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Unstuck Faith › Cancel.
